The Royal Embassy of Thailand in Paris wanted to make the most of this visit by organizing an event focusing on Thai cuisine in France hotel map of myrtle beach and promoting « Thai Select » certification. This certificate guarantees the authenticity and quality of food served in Thai restaurants and Le Cordon Bleu was asked by the Thai Ministry of Commerce to be part of the selection committee responsible for awarding the certificate.
The event took place at the Westin hotel in Paris with Le Cordon Bleu and six of the best Thai Chefs working in France. Each Chef: Chef Oth Sombath (Oth Sombath, Paris), Chef Chang (Blue Elephant, Paris), hotel map of myrtle beach Chef Max (La Table du Siam, Lille), Chef Boua (Sukhothai, Paris), Chef Prasit (Aux Trois Nagas, Paris) and Chef Boun (Suan Thai, Paris) prepared one of their specialties. Chef Fabrice Danniel, Technical Director of Le Cordon Bleu Dusit in Bangkok, presented somtum macaroons filled with tamarind hotel map of myrtle beach ganache hotel map of myrtle beach and peanuts, taken from the book “Somtum, a meeting of Flavours, Tastes hotel map of myrtle beach Cultures”.
