Came in past 5pm on a Tuesday night. cheep cheep airline tickets Room was not ready until almost 7pm. Suit was supposed to have a coffee maker. Called to request it twice but was never delivered. Construction noise began before 7am daily. The wall coolers (not central air)
keep you up all night. Valet, housekeeping, and bell staff were pleasant and helpful. Check in staff have a "take it or leave it" attitude (management included). Hotel entrance is crazy as they are still building it. At times waiting for crew to move equipment so that we can drive in or out (wait time 5-7 minutes). Resort fee $28 per day gives you WiFi which was pretty good, pool access which was not yet built (you will need to go to an adjacent hotel), access to the gym (did not get a chance cheep cheep airline tickets to use it).
Staff phenomenal. But they charge 25$/day resort fee for gym/wifi/pool. The pool was closed, couldn't access wifi. Coffee pot in the room would've been nice. Hotel construction noise was disturbing. (Heard in my room).
The Linq is going to be amazing. Note how I said "going to be." Right now, the Linq is still under construction, which without fail causes some headaches. The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, but even on the 9th floor, I could hear
the construction below starting at 7 am. The staff was wonderfully attentive and polite instead of giving directions, they would walk you to your destination, which I think was necessary given that the construction made some areas hard to find.
I also very much enjoyed how the Linq has it's own promenade with shops and restaurants cheep cheep airline tickets off the strip. It was slightly quieter than the strip, which can be a nice change. Best part about this hotel? cheep cheep airline tickets Hash House a Go Go! To be entirely honest, that's cheep cheep airline tickets why I chose the Linq.
Also note when booking the room, that the Linq charges a hefty "resort fee." Personally, I did not feel this fee was warranted, given that most of the Linq's amenities were still under construction (namely, cheep cheep airline tickets the pool and the ground transportation pickup area).
This is remodeled Imperial palace. Smells like smoke as soon as you walk in. I could hear the neighbors next and above me, people walking in the corridors, the AC unit from 1970's was really loud, and construction started at 3 AM. Looks like they
Stayed at the LINQ for MLK weekend. Was pretty cheep cheep airline tickets satisfied with the hotel. There still construction but it didnt bother us. The rooms were clean and better than when it was imperial palace. Location was great right in the center of the strip.
The Linq overall had a beautiful charm to it. Trendy, artsy and a cool bar with nice drinks. However, there is an advertised pool and spa.. These do not exist. We chose the coresponding floor for both amenities and were left wondering the halls
like lost confused puppies. To top it off, there was no warning about the fact that they were doing construction while we were there.. In the hotel you walk straight out of the elevator to be greater by the piercing sound of metal being cut just feet from you. At 7 am ... Yes that time does exist in Vegas if you are staying at the Linq... The sound of heavy construction starts booming just outside cheep cheep airline tickets your hotel window. Our friends two doors down called bell service for ear plugs. They were nice enough to bring them up but then treated them with sass when the door still said "nope. " to room service. The next evening I called to prepare us for this extremely rude awakening in the morning and I was told they didn't didn't know if they had many left and but once they confirmed that they did she informed me that I needed to come down and get them. Already in my pajamas for the night, that wasn't going to happen. So we made it through one more night then got ear plugs the next day. Overall just a crummy experience from paying a resort fee for nothing more that a hotel to overall accommodations for the construction going on. Best things about this hotel was the 3535 and the Hash a go go restaurant (which was awesome, had great prices and maybe servings of great food!). Next time we will code somewhere closer to the action like New York New York or the Ballagio.
