Thus, based on the aforementioned proposed schedule, individuals will only be deemed finding middle aged singles from canada to travel with eligible for candidacy if they are registered residents of Council District 6 no later than Jan. 5, 2013.  They must also be registered voters of District 6 during the time of their nomination or election to office.
