P and O Oceana canada niagara falls hotels started with a very quick and efficient check in process and was well organised. The Lunch buffet on day of embarkation was very busy and chaotic as not enough room to move around canada niagara falls hotels the food counters and lack of seating canada niagara falls hotels as very crowded.No problem with luggage arriving outside cabin.The fire evacuation drill was laborious and again not enough seating at muster point. The Captain was very vocal on the tannoy.Great Food , however felt a little crowded and a rush to find seating at shows as not enough capacity in theatres!
service was good and pleasant.The ship was clean and all areas were well maintained.The excursions were not very good value for money and the tendering process for the boats to go to shore unorganised and long waits to get back.Not very enjoyable part of vacation.The room attendent gave away sweets and treats for the children at evening turn down and the daily compass delivered for planning the next days activities. The compass was easy to read and had a lot of activities and information. The Daily cocktails were good value and the drinks package was ample for the kids.The feel of the evening formal nights were good and alot of photographers were present all over the ship to take photos of whoever and at any oppurtunity. The cost of the photos were high.The onboard casinop was disappointing and very small.The slot machines were not very generous.
The art studio was informative with a good selection of artists and artwork. The displays were well positioned and eye catching. The spa was expensive and a hard sell for products but easy to book and pleasant staff. The dance shows were good but singers average.
