We had a great stay at this condo. baymont inn I had my kids and my parents baymont inn with me, and the condo was clean and ready for our arrival. The owner was very responsive to emails prior to my stay, typically responding within a couple of minutes or hours.
The property was just as described and the photos were accurate. The owner and manager were great to deal with and everything was great. We stayed for 30 days and loved every minute. There were all sorts of stores and restaurants within 20 minute driving distance. I would love to book it again for next year. They even left us cold water and a bottle of wine. TV is now high definition and my husband loved it after watching the sunset each night.
The owner was helpful and supplied all necessary information. The property baymont inn was well maintained and supplied with everything we needed. I am very picky, and it could have used a little more cleaning in the corners. However, it was as clean as most good hotels. It is conveniently located and had adequate parking for many of our visiting family members. The onsite laundry facilities were a plus. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.
We had a great stay, the view was magnificent! We enjoyed the pool and beach area. The condo was very nice and suited us well. There was a shuttle for short distances which we used to go to local restaurants. We had education at the convention center which was easy to get to and a very short ride to downtown. I would definitely recommend this property.
We truly enjoyed our stay. The size and amenities of the unit were perfect for our family of four with a teen and a pre-teen. Enough personal space for everyone kitchen was great (micro, full fridge, stove/oven). The view was gorgeous. Loved being able to sit right on condo porch each night/morning to watch sunset/sunrise. Pool was very well-kept/clean and open long hours for us to enjoy. Location was right near highways, so other areas easy to get to. The owner was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and kind. He asked for ways to improve took our couple minor suggestions implemented them. Also went very out of his way to locate something we left behind and shipped it to us quickly. We recommend this condo for vacationing families, but could even see staying there in other situations baymont inn (business, etc.)
Our experience rating was average. The room was not sparkling, but just okay in terms of cleanliness. It had the necessary/adequate supplies. The carpet was folded near the entry which caused a few miss-steps and could be considered dangerous. The location was excellent for our 4-member family, and the parking was adequate. The pool and beach areas were excellent. It was adequate for the price.
We enjoyed our stay in Tampa Bay. The view from the condo was fantastic. We were close to restaurants, shopping, major highways and to downtown Tampa. baymont inn We found the condo small and in need of freshening baymont inn up. Not much has been done to remodel it since it was first built 30 years ago. Same kitchen cabinets, furniture,etc. The stove and refrigerator were relatively new. Since we were renting for two months, we would have appreciated more modern facilities.
The carpet and kitchen floor have just been newly installed and both bathrooms are recently renovated with granite surrounding top of the line sink. The 30 years old kitchen cabinets are beautiful light and bright solid wood as shown in the picture for all to see. All the appliances is less than six month old.
we stayed here in december. the room was clean and the location was perfect for our visit. i will stay here again next year. there is a restaurant that you can walk to but i would recommend renting a car. parking was not an issue. the owner was great and even mailed me my charger that i left there. i would recommend staying here. the full kitchen was a plus!
