See, any smart StubHub ticket buyer realizes that game day ticket prices drop TREMENDOUSLY just hours before the game. This is because the tickets become worthless once the game starts, and the sellers panic. Unlike traditional ticket vendors, who are willing to eat the value of the tickets rather than establish a last minute cheap tickets pattern, the sellers on StubHub are mostly individuals. They don't want their tickets mississippi river steam boat cruises to go unsold under any circumstances.
The beauty before with the 3 hour deadline was that it was so close to game time that it inspired legitimate psychological panic on the part of the seller. He would see his unsold tickets sitting there and say, Fuck! These aren't selling, and now it's too late to make a contingency plan! Too late to offer them to friends, too late to rearrange my plans so I can go myself, and too late to sell them elsewhere!
i went to chicago last summer just to go see wrigley. I eneded up buying tickets off a scalper for a day game vs arizona. I payed 30$ each for 2 tickets. They were good seats not too far from home plate but i know i got ripped off. Dont really care it was cool and the hotdogs there were some of the best i ever had at a ballpark and Cubs won.
fucking MLB had a deal with stubhub getting 50/50 of their fees for the re-sales. Basically double-dipping on ticket sales. Fuck the Cubs and other teams that now want to opt out. I suppose it's too bad you're delivering a shitty mississippi river steam boat cruises porduct that noone wants to pay for. Capitalism 101.

One thing I found hilarious mississippi river steam boat cruises is how StubHub also changed how the ticket prices were listed -- but for MLB only. Traditionally, StubHub hides their fees (over 10%) from buyers until they show interest in actually purchasing the tickets. So when you buy a ticket for $50, it actually mississippi river steam boat cruises turns out being closer to $60. However, that has been done away with this year, and you see all fees included in the price show.
