We had breakfast the next morning, but I only had a croissant and their juices due to my upset stoma
I wish that I could say that my absence from blogging has been due to some whirlwind travel underground seattle walking tour that I ve been taking lately, leaving me with absolutely no time at all to share my thoughts or adventures. Unfortunately underground seattle walking tour it s just been the daily grind that has left me with little excitement to share. There have been a few things though
After getting settled in with the help of the friendliest staff possible (honestly, it was like being in Downton Abbey) ,we checked out our room, got changed, and headed back to the main room for an afternoon underground seattle walking tour tea. We were treated to a tray of nibbles (missing form this picture: tiny ham sandwiches that we grubbed underground seattle walking tour before the picture) and sweets:
We decided to head back to our room to enjoy our drinks and check out our fireplace. While walking back the staff rushed up to us and insisted on carrying our drinks for us. It was a nice and totally unexpected touch, but I should have known that they apparently think of everything at this place.
The main show was, of course, our dinner. The Inn at Little Washington has a restaurant underground seattle walking tour with a world class chef constantly putting every other eatery in the DC area to shame (or so we had heard). We got ready, sat down and were taken on a total culinary ride.
Full disclosure: I had a stomach ache that night and the next day, which may have been from the sheer amount of food, the richness of the food (I usually eat pretty light) or it could have been this tuna. So while it was delicious, I look back on this course with a slight amount of side eye.
No meal like this is complete without a dessert. I couldn t decide what to get, and lucky me they offer a dessert for indecisive people underground seattle walking tour like me: The Seven Deadly Sins. This plate had a smaller version of all 7 of the regular underground seattle walking tour choices. Mine came with a special surprise:
We had breakfast the next morning, but I only had a croissant and their juices due to my upset stomach. Honestly underground seattle walking tour though, I doubt anything at breakfast could have topped the juices. They were ridiculously fresh and tasty. While I was a little sad to miss the breakfast options, I was able to spend some quality time with our fireplace before we hit the road to come back to reality (and our tiny apartment with no helpers).
It was a truly amazing experience, even with an upset stomach. I can t recommend enough that everyone go there and actually stay overnight. The dinner and drinks are too good to make yourself drive all the way back home after!
