"We wanted to bring all the wonderful local things here in Dallas to our guests," says Erin Dowell, Beverage and Food Supervisor at Renaissance Dallas Hotel. "I have lived in Dallas my entire life, and I really have a passion for everything here. And later in the night, sips of Siebra Azul Tequila were at hand. Throughout the evening, champagne was served as the crowd of hotel guests and all other welcomed attendees listened some jazzy soul tunes by Cee-Lo Green's protege, That Girl V and her special guest Timothy Bloom.

The gathering also included an artwork display from local artist and Renaissance hotel bartender James Chambers. Many guests and event goers headed to the hotel restaurant, Asador, after finishing more than less glasses of champagne and free samples of the hotel restaurant's guacamole, made using local produce and ingredients from the Dallas Famers' Market.
