This week China s real estate professionals continue to be on the move and on the way up, with two more promotions at JLL, and moves up at mall developer K11 as well as a new face with DTZ s valuation department in Shanghai. Read on for more details.
Celina Wang has joined China Newtown Development as a Senior Manager, based in Beijing. The London School of Economics graduate joins the Singapore-listed developer from Beijing West Fund Management, where she had served as a Senior Investment Manager for the last two years. phoenix car rental China Newtown was acquired earlier this year by China Development Bank and specialises in residential in the Beijing area.
