The customer service rep called me a liar, they rarely send out bills but love to charge late fees, credit card payments go through another company, they often quot;forget quot; to mention vital information on the phone and they lie to you. Evil.
NO customer service with this company. They care ONLY about the bottom line. You, as a customer have an issue?! Doesn't matter, you (the customer) are wrong and they (credit union loan source) is right. That is NOT how you run a business. Bottom line is their ONLY concern!
Never got a bill for my first payment so the first notice I got from the company was a late notice. My first payment was set for 45 days after I got my car, but they set it for about 15 days later. I want to start off first by saying I dont know who is dumber me for sticking out my car loan with them or them for their corrupt business practices that I dont think they even understand. But with CULS LLC F****d up billing system they informed me that the additional money that I sent for principal actually went to pay down interest. When I inform them that my first payment was due the week after I bought my car and they never sent me a statement they are persistant in telling me they do not do that. The scenario is that you submit a payment on line Then you get 5 calls a day and none of the reps can or will check the online payment and process it. After the payment is processed, you get additional calls. She stated emphatically " we did not recieve payments in Feb 2011, April 2011 and June 2011. I responded with "why don't you lo9cate and reda my file so You will know the payments you are referring to are not a part of the contract as of 10/15/2012 and while you are at it ask for additional people skills training". We held the phone for about two minutes. I thye told her to call me back when you had correct and updated information. Next person called with the same story.Can you believe the poor communication skills of this company. It leads me to believe they get paid to harass customers. I do not understand why they can't perform a simple task of looking online for your payment, since most people pay online now, before calling to harass you. They never apologize for their obvious blunders. Let me start by saying this company has never completed a transaction correctly to date. I bought a new car and before I received a payment request (only two weeks) after purchase of my new car they had handed my account over to a collections agency.

I do NOT even have a loan with these "people" yet they call me 2-5 times a week trying to collect money from me. I asked them what kind of loan this is and she said it was a car loan. I pay cash for my cars. I do not even have a car loan.
I've read reviews about them. Every one of them is BAD. One of them even said RUN AWAY FROM THEM! If I needed to take out a loan, it would not be from these weirdos who don't even know how to run a business.
This company is impossible! First they harass me over payment being 1 day past due, but not late and now they absolutely refuse to take my payment. Called on a Friday to make the payment after getting paid and was informed that the booking department had gone home for the day and my payment would not be posted until Monday and therefore I would be required to pay an $8 late fee. I've been with this company for a year and a half. at first it use to be the website; my payment wouldn't go through. Now it's the customer service. This is ridiculous and the worst credit union EVER!!!! I submitted an ACH payment 2 weeks ago and they said never received it so I made it over the phone.....then the ACH payment came out the next day!!!
