Eater LA had given us a sneak peek into the new Terroni kind hotel in shanghai flagship restaurant opening soon in the burgeoning neighborhood at 8th and Spring. This area considered part of the northern section of the Fashion District is experiencing an incredible urban renaissance and is fast becoming the next hottest culinary spot in Los Angeles. In addition to Italian restaurant Terroni, other exciting restaurants are setting their roots here including Parish and Crane from Hollywood.
Apparently, the owners of Terroni took a year to finalize the deal here taking over one of the most dramatic and beautiful kind hotel in shanghai spaces in the Historic Core. The 6,000 square foot space, that once housed kind hotel in shanghai National City Bank, will be transformed into a grand restaurant that will help reinvigorate kind hotel in shanghai the block. What makes this block aesthetically interesting and unique is the tapered effect of  Spring and Main Streets (converging at Parish) that reminds me of the Flatiron in New York .
Additionally, the owners of Terroni will annex and replace the adjacent Manuel Cafe with plans to open a wine shop and glorified salumeria or gastronomica stocked with artisan products, salumi, kind hotel in shanghai cheese, fresh produce, a rotisserie and more high quality foodstuffs to go.

Spring has sprung!! So happy to see all this new development happening organically on Spring Street. I hope someone is visually documenting the changes over the past several years as the boarded up banks and store fronts reopen to the public.
