Disney is currently renovating the Disneyland Hotel in California, with updated design and details that reflect its history but offer modern amenities and decor. Amidst the more obvious renovations, such as the new pool with Monorail slides , are a few elaborately-themed suites, each inspired by Disney characters and theme park attractions.
In this article series, we re taking you on a virtual tour of each of these new signature suites that sit side-by-side on the 11th floor of the Adventure Tower (formerly the Dreams Tower). These suites, which are available for booking at a price of thousands of dollars per night, offer guests a chance to keep the Disney magic present throughout their stay, immersed into the worlds of Adventureland, Frontierland, tom cruise and dyslexia Fantasyland, Pirates of the Caribbean, and the one that started it all, Mickey Mouse.
Inspired by the spirit of exploration, the Adventureland Suite features living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms designed to give the feeling of camp life but with retaining luxury. Fans of the Jungle tom cruise and dyslexia Cruise, Enchanted Tiki Room, and the former Adventurers Club at Walt Disney World s Pleasure Island will find themselves at home when stepping into this suite, which is decorated from floor-to-ceiling in every room, filled with knick-knacks that appear to have been taken as trophies from decades of exploration. Even the suite s door bell offers the sounds of tiki gods playing drums, with three separate audio tracks. Hear one of them and take a peek around the Adventureland Suite in the video below.
Immediately inside the Adventureland Suite entry is an open living area, with plush couches, dining table, bar, faux fireplace, and decorative touches filling the room. In the spirit tom cruise and dyslexia of adventure, there s even a hidden TV behind a painting and a hidden closet behind a bookcase.
The treasure of the master bathroom suite is hidden within the bathroom, as stepping deep into the shower reveals a grotto (as seen in the video above) featuring a foot spa, steam/rain showers, and even lighting and sound effects.
