I think I must be out of my depth here because these prices seem too good to be true. I have only one card with a mileage rewards caribbean cruise vacation program. @Only1 You re not doing it wrong per se. The benefit of your method is you can pick any flight or airline and not deal with which flights have award seats available. A lot of people though like to sign up for the bonuses of several cards over time, so they have points stashed caribbean cruise vacation in a few programs to pull out when the time comes. It s a bit more work, and you need to be more flexible with dates / times, since award seats can be hard to find on some flights, but you do net more award travel opportunities out of it.
