Ray Nagin, former Mayor of New Orleans, has been found guilty not once, not twice but 20 times (out of 21 counts) on federal corruption charges. Fraud, money laundering, bribery, and false tax reports are a few of the many offenses Nagin has been convicted of, Fox News  reports.
