Before travel back in time the renovations, the hotel was known as the Bel Age Hotel, but now joins the London family of hotels (there is also a London NYC hotel). Rooms start at $299 a night, and we're told the spa won't open until next year. And as previously mentioned, the pool will open in June, about the same time that chef Gordon Ramsay starts cooking --and screaming--in the hotel's restaurant.
