General Job Summary: The responsibility of the Operations Auditor is to perform audits, draw an inference on the management policies and procedures and suggest ways of improving the work flow of the Locations, cost and time effectiveness of the implemented system. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct bimonthly (or as needed) audits of all rental locations, to include, but not limited to: Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, u2 tour schedule duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with standards, procedures and management policies. Report to Management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in Operations Activities. Prepare detailed reports and audit findings. Perform audits every two months (or as needed) on each of the 17 FOX Airport Locations. Inspect cash on hand and petty cash reports to confirm records are accurate. Make sure FOX Locations are in compliance with company u2 tour schedule policies and procedures Examine whether the organization's objectives are reflected in its management activities, and whether employees understand the objectives. Examine records and interview workers to ensure recording of transactions and compliance with policies and procedures. Conduct pre-implementation audits to determine if systems u2 tour schedule and programs under development will work as planned. Inform if Company standards are achieved in the following areas: Ready Line, Check in/check out, facility image, shuttle u2 tour schedule service, counter, u2 tour schedule car wash and vacuum, fleet, customer service, mechanic shop, corporate accounts, administration, and rental operation. Requirements for the Operations Auditor: Education- Four-year College degree desired, preferably in Administration, Accounting or Finance.
