JOB ROLE: Night Public Area Cleaner About the Role Primary Job Objective As Night Public Area Cleaner you will ensure that you provide efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service to our guests. This will involve aaa travel packages cleaning our guest public areas to the highest standards and ensuring the guest has an enjoyable stay with us. The guest public areas include the different Food and Beverage outlets, meeting rooms and the lobby and entrance area as well as guest restrooms. In your role as a Public Area Cleaner you will be the face of Park Plaza Westminster Bridge creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and work closely with all Front of House employees to ensure the Public Areas are spotless and appealing to guests. This role will be working the night shift which is 11.00 pm until 7.30am which is flexible and variable to meet the business needs. Level of Independence Works closely with the Housekeeping Management team however on a day to day basis perform independently and proactively.
