Victoria: again, a fairly busy traffic street, with good public transport links, but the street itse
Bloomsbury: one of my favourite areas of London, but you should be aware this particular hotel is right next to a busy traffic junction. I assume any rooms facing the street are well soundproofed, but you might find it off-putting. But by the same token, public transport links are very good and there are more places to eat and drink than you could work your way through in several months.
Victoria: again, a fairly busy traffic street, with good public transport links, but the street itself is mainly office and business premises at this point. You'd need to walk a bit to find a more residential or visitor-friendly atmosphere, toronto hotel deals whereas in Bloomsbury you only have to cross the road to Great Russell Street and the little streets off it.
Park Plaza Westminster Bridge: this is in what used to be part of the offices of the former Greater London Council, and it forms the middle of a traffic roundabout on the south side of the river. Again, good public transport links (once you get across the road) but not visually appealing, and not a lot on the doorstep for visitors.
toronto hotel deals if you're arriving toronto hotel deals from Gatwick or otherwise on a train coming toronto hotel deals into Victoria there might be some point in staying toronto hotel deals near there, and if you are tied into something near Westminster Bridge, you might opt for that.
