Just to put the record straight. I was first contacted by you on the afternoon of Thursday 15th of March 2012 asking for a price to supply and fit a new water pump to your Fiat Punto and you would supply the timing belt. The price I gave you was �138 all in. You said your budget was �120 so I agreed to this. Tuesday March 20th I came and removed the 'leaking' water pump and fitted the new one also pointing out to you that a core plug above the water pump also had a small hole in it. You were worried that your car would be off the road because you had family coming to visit so I suggested that I filled it with a repair paste for the time being, to which you agreed.
I heard from you again on Friday 30th March because it had started leaking water again. I came to your house on the following Monday 2nd April to investigate the problem. This time it was the core plug above the water pump that had failed even with the repair paste in it. I then ordered a new plug that had to come from Fiat and arrived Tuesday 3rd April.
I came to your house on the afternoon of Tues 3rd April and fitted the core plug. You asked me how much the bill was to which I said �30 including the plug. After following you to the ATM you said you couldnt get any money out but would call me the next day to get it to me. To this day some six and a half months later I am still waiting discount coupons and rental cars for this payment!!!
