everything was as it was expressed in pictures and description. extremely clean, well maintained, they ease of drive thru check in was a most pleasant surprise took 3 minutes and had great direction to home. have recommended home to many of my fellow Pittsburghers at work. Nice restaurants from formal to casual, nice little shops and every one we met in the area very kind and relaxed no big city rush. Have not stayed in many places where I was so at home and relaxed as at happy place east.
Once again, our family exotic car rentals in houston has enjoyed an outstanding week in Emerald Isle. The house was in beautiful condition when we arrived. This is the second year we've stayed in this house. Being across the street from the beach access makes it a desirable location for our family. The house contains plenty of silverware, glassware and pots and pans that are in good condition. This is important to me as in some houses the quality of dishware was poor. The swimming pool and pet-friendly rating are added bonuses.
Happy Place East was very pleasant. We particularly liked the layout of the home, with the kitchen and dining area somewhat separated from the living room. Both areas were on the top floor and very roomy. The kitchen was well-furnished and had everything we needed. It was so nice to come from the beach, shower off, and jump into the pool. We had extremely nice neighbors on the other side and sharing the pool worked exotic car rentals in houston out fine. My only criticisms are that the aC seemed a little problematic (either too hot or too cold); there were ants near the kitchen windown and in one of the cabinets (although EI treated immediately); and the carpet needed cleaning--but it was Labor Day week and end of season so that is to be expected.

Happy Place East was a great place to spend our Emerald Isle vacation. The check-in process took less than 30 seconds, then we were on our way to the home. Upon arrival, the house was clean, air condition was on, and it was ready for us to being our vacation.
* There were sugar ants in the kitchen. I think that the company could have been more proactive about treating for them before our arrival. We purchased our own and traps, exotic car rentals in houston were told we would be reimbursed for them, but are still awaiting said reimbursement.
* The tap water was hard, and had a taste and smell to it that I can still smell in my clothes almost a week after we washed in it. I think that a softener and/or reverse osmosis for drinking water would be a valuable upgrade to the home.
I am sorry to hear about the ants which you saw in the kitchen and while our properties are sprayed regularly, due to our warm climate these bugs do surface on occasion. I do see that we refunded you on 7/10 for the bug traps which you purchased so you should see that refund soon.
