We've stayed at this property before and it has always been a good experience however this time it was infested with ants. They were everywhere...the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, even the closet. We called housekeeping right away and they told us someone would come exterminate but no one ever did. We had to purchase ant baits ourselves...not what you'd want to be doing on vacation.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am so sorry to hear that you experienced ants during your stay and certainly there are preventative measures really cheap airplane tickets in place so you, our guests, aren't bothered by these pests.
Extermination of these condos is something handled by their homeowner association, but whenever you purchase baits or sprays to provide yourself some relief, please bring us the receipt and we'll happily reimburse you. We really enjoyed our week in this unit. Beautiful view and everything was comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen was also well stocked and had everything we needed. The only drawbacks but not enough to prevent us from a future stay was there were no pillows for the sleeper sofa and no beach chairs as stated in the description. Overall, we would rent again. Also, after many stays at different units with Emeral Isle Reality we have come to the realization that these units will not be cleaned well. Instead really cheap airplane tickets of the inconvenience really cheap airplane tickets of calling and waiting for housekeeping to return, we just pack some cleaning supplies and plan on taking care of it ourselves.

Great family unit. Lots of kitchen really cheap airplane tickets utensils, so we had great home cooked meals. This unit had beach toys, a boogie board, and a skim board. Long commute into town, but a secluded beach. Nice family vacation.
