This is the perfect beach house for a family. It is on the bayside with water on two sides with a dock to tie up your boat or to let the children do some crabbing or fishing! The beautiful back deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee plaza hotel in new york and watching the boaters go out to fish or to entertain family and friends as the sun goes down. The kitchen also has a bar that seats 3 and the dining plaza hotel in new york room has a table that seats up to ten by adding one table leaf. The community pool is about a 1 minute walk from the front door. There is plenty of parking and we have both a gas grill and a charcoal grill for your use. A washer and dryer are off the dining room and a family room with TV and video equipment. No pets are allowed but there are pet care facilities close by. We are within 10 minutes of walking to the beach and the boardwalk tram. The waterpark is directly behind the beach house as well as the children's park with rides, many eating plaza hotel in new york facilities and the popular plaza hotel in new york Salty Dog Pub.
