The Florida Faith and Freedom Coalition is committed to educating, equipping, and mobilizing people

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.  — Today, the Florida Faith and Freedom Coalition along with Florida Right to Life held its annual Legislative Prayer Breakfast at the Doubletree Hotel. Over 200 people gathered this morning to hear speakers like Florida Right to Life President Carrie Eisnaugle, Agriculture Commissioner Adam Putnam, Speaker of the House Will Weatherford, State Representative Dennis Baxley, State Senator Anitere Flores, and the National Faith and Freedom Coalition Chairman Ralph Reed. US Senator Marco Rubio was present via video, and Congressman Steve Southerland sent a representative from his office.

Every speaker commented on the need for people of faith to be engaged in the civic arena. The Florida Faith and Freedom Coalition s mission is to register voters and mobilize them for the 2014 and 2016 election cycles.
Florida Faith and Freedom Coalition Board Member William Harrison said, In America, we deserve the leaders that we get because we have the opportunity to vote. People of faith have got to register to vote and get to the polls. When we do, we can change the direction of America and put us back on solid footing.
