99% of the people renting them would just want to drive the hell out of it for a day and return it.

Do you guys think that there is a market travel lodge hotels for exotic car rentals in Winnipeg? Would anyone pay $1000 + to rent a Lamborghini Gallardo, or $500 to rent a Porsche 911 S for a day? Are there any places in our city that already rent these sorts of cars?
I think you're asking this question of the wrong people. I know I wouldn't even WANT to rent an exotic in this city, it would be $1000 for the car, and once all the tickets and demerits, and pothole damage to the car was tabulated I'd never be able to drive again.
99% of the people renting them would just want to drive the hell out of it for a day and return it. Its not like we are Vegas, NYC, London or Hong Kong where ballers are coming off the planes just looking for a ride similar to their daily driver while in town.
As previously stated, exotic car season is 5 months TOPS of the year, accounting for about 20 weekends travel lodge hotels (don't count on renting these things out during the week, if you can, great). If you can get a car rented out 100% of the time, you're looking at roughly $20,000 before expenses (at $1000/weekend). travel lodge hotels That won't cover the financing/leasing costs for the year, let alone the maintenance, overhead, etc. Explain to me how this would ever make money here?
Well it would work if the cars were already available and could be borrowed to rent as needed. That way there is no loan, or maintenance costs. You simply pay the owner to rent the car and act as the middle man.
The owner could be a dealership or someone who just wants to make some coin renting out one of their cars. Now I realize that not everyone would feel comfortable renting out their car, but some people might.
The Market would be so low on this in our city it would not be profitable. In Vegas there is a high enough turn over of people whether it is business or tourist to make this a viable plan. The average tourist or business traveler is not going to spend $300-1000/day to drive around in a high end vehicle in our city.
Winnipeg doesn't travel lodge hotels have any drivers roads or scenic routes. I'm a huge car guy, and I don't think I would even consider travel lodge hotels dropping $ to rent a car like that here. I'm going to rent a Ferrari travel lodge hotels 453 to stop-and-go down portage for a day?
