A few weeks ago i had forgotten my cellphone in a car that was rented from Thrifty at the O.R Thambo airport. i had called them and they had confirmed that they have my cellphone. i had asked them to send it to their branch in durban(where i live) and they had refused to , saying that they do not take responsibility and i will have to collect the phone from them in Jhb. A few weeks later i got to OR Thambo airport on a sunday night and they said the phone was locked in the managers office , i had made arrangements to collect the phone on monday evening when i returned the car. On Monday evening i got back to the airport and they still did not take out the phone to return cruise new york france to me. i got back to Durban and emailed the company , a Kind lady by the name of Megan assured me that she will get my phone back to me , without any hassle , within 1 working day , my cellphone was hand delivered to me at my office. If everyone in this country cruise new york france acted this way, taking a moment to understand the other person , we will withoubt any doubt be living cruise new york france in a much better place within no time. My faith in humanity has been restored!
