When Amanda Bynes was placed under psychiatric care last summer after some outrageous incidents in NYC and LA, we thought, "Good. The girl is going to get the help she desperately needs." We also made a mental note that her best celebrity performance in hotels car rental coupons and discounts would be just a one-off win. We were wrong.
Amanda escaped was recently released from a second stint in a psychiatric hospital the other day and immediately took to the streets of Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. That adventure alone signals she is still not well.
TMZ reported that Amanda was looking to find a place to stay in one of the hotels that line Sunset but was turned away. So she settled for chowing down at Mel's Diner, car rental coupons and discounts where a waitress promptly asked for money first then told TMZ everything Amanda ate and what she said.

The London recently unveiled some pretty posh new suites over the summer and have just finished up a major renovation on the other rooms in the hotel. We've all seen the pictures of what Amanda did to the Ritz-Carlton New York and if we were working the front desk, we too, would have turned her away. Also, her Twitter feed is frightening.
Really, the last thing Amanda needs is a hotel room where temptations are just a phone call away. She needs new parents to be around people who can really take care of her. We just hope this ends well and soon.
