Kiyomi is only the second establishment in Australia for internationally renowned Restaurant Executive Chef Chase Kojima. After years leading kitchens for Nobu in Las Vegas, Dubai, London, Los Angeles and the Bahamas, luxury travel trends Kiyomi founded Sokyo restaurant at The Star, (Jupiters sister hotel casino in Sydney) in 2011.
The venue will serve a modern, yet distinctly Japanese menu. Kiyomi celebrates the experience of shared luxury travel trends dining with an exciting food and beverage menu including a wide variety luxury travel trends of Japanese tap and bottled beers, sake, shochu cocktails and Japanese whiskies.

I ve been amazed by the quality of produce here in Queensland and it has inspired me to design a menu that is not only modern Japanese but with the flavours of the Gold Coast and Queensland infused throughout, Chase Kojima said.
Kiyomi is the first restaurant to be launched as part of the property s $345 million transformation. It follows a new poolside experience launched this month featuring private bungalows, cabanas, and a poolside bar. A new Italian luxury travel trends restaurant, Cucina Vivo, will also open this Summer.
