This was supposed to be the marquee game of the morning/afternoon, but instead we had a game in which the Oklahoma City Thunder absolutely walked all over the Los Angeles Clippers , 131-108.  This win has the Thunder only 2.5 games behind the Phoenix Suns for the eighth seed in the Western Conference.
This might have been the most complete game the Thunder have played all year.  They were missing Kendrick Perkins and Anthony Morrow from the outset, then later Steven Adams for the second half.  They took advantage of the Clippers not having Blake Griffin disney cruise discount , destroying the Clippers on the boards, .   Kevin Durant was amazing, Mitch McGary showed exactly why he's going to be a solid rotation player for the Thunder in the coming years and Reggie Jackson came back!
Thunder Down Under: Mitch McGary had his first career everything today really, first double-double, first standing ovation, first look at his long term potential to replace future head coach Nick Collison and Kendrick Perkins.
