On the first night we were woken early by a drip on our head from a leaking pipe which also caused a leak on the floor, soaking our suitcase. When we spoke to reception they said they would get someone to look into it and compensate us for the damage to our suitcase. This resulted in them upgrading our room, however the new room was also so uncomfortably small we were not aware at the time that this was an upgrade.
When we checked out we asked about compensation for the suitcase damage and they said we would have to do it through Trailfinders. We contacted trailfinders when we returned and the hotel manager refused to give any compensation or refund for the night in an unsuitable room and damaged case.

use of space and light. For instance: glass and a very translucent curtain separate the shower from the bed, and just the curtain separates the entryway hallway from the bed. So if two people tour master jackets are in a room, and one wants to sleep while the other showers or gets dressed, both are in the dark or in the bright lights. Also, hallway could have sacrificed some width to make it possible for even short people to sit on the toilet without knees crunching against wall. Other problems: No security check from street to room floors; that might keep people from coming to the bars (which take space that could have been used for rooms by having very high ceilings). So anyone off the street at any hour could come and knock on your door. Poor noise insulation, so people knocking on other doors or otherwise making hallway noise sound like they re in your room. Oh, and the concierge will candidly tell you if you re on a low floor, you ll hear and feel the sound from the bars until late. And if you do manage to nod off, your heater might start rattling in the middle of the night, and will do it the next night, even after you report it and are assured tour master jackets an engineer will check it out. could not get in. Nice lobby , the two bars as well, but no service at all. What is most incredible, however, is how they handled my situation : I was robbed of all the money I had in my pocket with zipper of my suitcase, I guess the cleaning lady . Upon my complaint, I was asked if I wanted to make a police report suggesting that would do a bad publicity to the hotel and to give them the opportunity to play an internal investigation and, if the conditions were , activate a insurance . Answered me, two days later telling me that there was no evidence of theft and they had no responsibility for my luggage. I asked to speak with the manager, I have never responded .
