We had a wonderful two months in Tampa with record breaking temps. The condo was everything we anticipated and more. It was perfectly located with so much to offer in shopping and dining. Fabulous, modern, spacious 2.5 week getaway. Perfect location off Tampa s Dale Mabry highway with easy access to activities, other cities, beach airports. 10-minute walk to 4 large malls with everything from $ store to Publix to Bealls to fast food to pricey restaurants. Never saw on site shopping advertised above. Unit has walk-out patio -- screened lanai BBQ are shared in pool area. Hot tub would have been great in early April, but water was cold until 2 days before we left. Couch is not sofa sleeper, so sleeps 5 means 2 per queen bed 1 on couch. Would have been great to have more basics supplied (i.e., cutting board, casserole dish or 2, more than 4 forks/spoons to avoid constant dishwashing, sharp knives cheep air plan ticket vacuum). Only had 3 dining room chairs so had to borrow from family that lives in Tampa. Massive complex, but this unit on cul de sac where there was little foot auto traffic passing thro, yet within sight of tennis courts pool. Cody Janet great to work with prior to day of arrival.
