A no show will be charged for the full amount of one night's stay. If the guest has booked more than 1 night and is a no show on the 1st night we keep the room open for this guest for the duration of the booking. If the guest does not notify us via our website email or fax of the no show/cancellation then the full duration of the booking will be charged and no refund will be applicable.
