The plans for the 27-acre mixed-use project, Miami Worldcenter, have been recently approved, and according to an article from The Real Deal , the construction of new condo towers plays an integral role. The center, which includes retail, entertainment, residential, hotel, and convention center spaces, will be located west of Biscayne Boulevard in Greater Downtown Miami.
