All rooms have balconies and I'd booked one overlooking the harbor. After checking in, I knew I wouldn't be going to the Sealife center the next morning, I'd be spending the morning on my balcony with a cup of coffee taking in the view.
The room was basic and decent for a Holiday Inn Express, especially for the price. My only complaint was the mini-fridge they provide the room with was incredibly loud. Halfway through the night I was tempted to risk flooding airline flight deals calgary to san francisco the room with defrosting airline flight deals calgary to san francisco water just to not hear it.
They offer a pretty extensive free breakfast – biscuits, gravy, pancakes, multiple juices and a coffee dispenser, yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, pastries, etc. The dining area which is right off the lobby, looks directly out onto the harbor and boat slips, but I still opted for my own balcony.
