Matthews Buses FL announced its 2013 Bob and Justine Matthews (founders) Employee of the Year Award recipient immediately following the Orange County District Schools delivery celebration on August 13, 2013. Glen Provenzano, Parts Manager, goes above and beyond the call of duty for our great customers and employees. He embodies the true spirit of our founders motto: Any Job Big Or Small Do It Right Or Not At All! Glen s leadership in the parts department this past year led to a significant increase in sales and improved bottom line. Not only is Glen the Parts Manager but he is also the leading parts analyst for retail parts sales. Customer satisfaction is always a top priority for Glen and his TEAM. Glen has over 17 years experience in the bus parts business and we are proud to have him on our TEAM. Pictured with Glen in some of the pictures is his lovely wife, Val, who was named teacher of the year this past year at Sunset Elementary School. Glen and Val have two children who undoubtedly are very proud of their award winning parents. Glen s name is the second to be put on the plaque that is displayed at Matthews Buses Orlando underneath last years award recipient Donny Helm.
