I can tell you that I was not very satisfied with my last trip using cheapoair.com. I don't recall using them in the past, but their prices were a little cheaper than other. However, we paid for that dearly with the added stress.
I bought these tickets months in advance and when we checked in for our first flight, found out that we were not sitting together. I don't understand how this is possible broadwayshow tickets and how they expect a 3yr old toddler to sit alone for any length of flight, much less 8-9hrs!! I have never ran into this issue when booking flights in advance.
