We put an authorization your credit card to hold the $500 until after you check-out and we determine there is no damage to the property. We DO NOT charge your credit card, unless we determine the property to be damaged by the renter, and we will notify the renter of this fact
Other Fees: Our pet friendly homes have an additional pet fee of $10 per night, per pet, or $15 per night for more than one pet.
