It has 3 bedrooms, 2 Full baths, and is located on the 1ST beach block. (Not 2 or 3 block walk to the beach, you don't want to walk blocks to get to the beach) Laguna Beach has what every rental does not have, a direct monthly car rental arizona path to the beach that have ""no beach stairs". This "quiet" west end beach block with "year round" residents has a 1 mile stretch of undeveloped beach. (No high rises). The newest Hot spot "Pier Park" in PCB with multi shops and movies is just 4 miles away. ( Across from Frank Brown Park.)

For kids and baby, we have a "Pack and Play" sleeper other kid "stuff", ( buckets shovels, wagon to pull kids or lunch/cooler to the short walk to the beach.) Just pack your swim suit and come. This was an awesome awesome home and as I am writing monthly car rental arizona this I find myself missing this home. What a wonderful place to stay! I told my husband when we left this morning that we would stay here again next year. My family enjoyed their stay and my dog loved the home as well. To be honest he was so well behaved in the home he was better monthly car rental arizona there than at home! The owners are super nice and supply everything monthly car rental arizona you could need in the house. They even have spices, salt/pepper, cooking spray, sugar, coffee filters and the list goes on and on! We ate out for the most part and only cooked breakfast a couple days and mainly lunches. Right around the corner is a grocery store and a donut place and the beach was within walking distance. The neighbors are great and will even give you a wave as you pass by! The price of the rental is far less than what I would expect out of a home rental. I am so pleased that if I could give 20 stars I would! Thank you to the owners!
Let me just start by saying the property itself was AMAZING. I stayed here with 8 family members and it was perfect monthly car rental arizona for us. It is literally one block from the beach so we never even had to get into the car sandy (which drives me crazy). We ended up eating out for the most part, but the grill was available and ready to go. The place was very clean and it was great having monthly car rental arizona beach toys and such already there.
Now for the owners. They must be the most patient people I've ever dealt with. My husband's work schedule changed, so we ended up coming a day late. No big deal. We drove down from Ohio and the week before we were supposed to come down, we lost electricity for seven days in the huge storm. I have a golden retriever who does not do well in heat and with the kennel without electricity when we left the owners let me bring her VERY LAST MINUTE. My dog and I could not be more thankful. I even had the wrong date for one of my payments and they were nice enough to let me send it in immediately rather than cancelling our reservation. They were always extremely nice in email conversations.
I would absolutely recommend this property! The only suggestion I can make is don't cross the bridge into Panama City, just stay in Panama City Beach. There is also a little donut place around the corner that makes the best donuts I've ever had. Also a taco truck close to St. Andrew's monthly car rental arizona Park....We eat a lot :)
This house was even better than we expected. We took our four kids (age 6-16). Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Lots of take out menus, maps, and area attractions info provided. Owners monthly car rental arizona provided everything we could think of. Beach was 1/2 block away from house. House was so clean and nice. Furnishings were quality. Decorating was very cute. We would definitely recommend this house. We would love to stay there again. Great value for the price!
