This house was completely renovated updated and is situated on a 3 acre parcel on King Lake. An extremely quiet area on a dead end street, you will not be disturbed by anything but nature. The fishing is awesome from the private dock! The Lake allows any boat or Jet Ski. House has everything waiting for you. The large kitchen with granite counter tops feature cubs tickets cheap all stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, etc. etc. There is also a gas grille outside you are also welcome to use. Basic cable is included as well as internet access. It is important to us that everything you need is here for you. The large family room boasts an awesome fireplace, with a sectional couch, and a TV for your enjoyment. A dvd player is there if wish to sit back and relax and enjoy some movies. You will find a stereo system and CD player to be able to relax, and enjoy some music by the fireplace. The kitchen and living room look out over the lake, offering you a spectacular view. There are sliding glass doors leading you right to the back deck. There are also sliding glass doors off the master bedroom that lead you to the rear deck where a wicker table and chairs are situated for you to enjoy some quiet time. The bathroom off the master suite has double sinks, a spectacular tub and a separate shower. The bathroom on the opposite side of the house between, cubs tickets cheap but separated from, the other 2 bedrooms is a full bath with a shower only. Both bathrooms have all the linens that you could want. A hair dryer is already here as well. Since this is our third month-long stay here, I guess you could figure out how much we love this place! We first came in April 2010, then in April 2011, and recently April 2013. On each of our visits, we have discovered new improvements that the owner has made. The scenery is gorgeous and the house so very comfortable. The huge yard, fishing dock, new playground, and new fire pit make this an absolutely perfect place for cook-outs for large groups, and we are happy to oblige. Our kids, who live close by, always invite a large group of their friends over for parties, and the owner, his family often join us!! Of course, the play room downstairs is just an added plus for parties! It seems now that we must keep coming back every year. The owner is helpful, cooperative, and interested in hearing about all of our travels. He is very conscientious about keeping up the grounds and making repairs. In fact, since he knows how much my retired husband likes to putter, he usually cubs tickets cheap saves a few small fix-it jobs for him to do, and that makes him very happy. We almost feel like this is our own vacation home! The location of this home makes it ideal to take advantage of all the activities in the Tampa Bay area.
