Canaveral National Seashore is 7 minutes down the road where you can put in your boat for world renown flats fishing-snook, trout, reds in Mosquito Lagoon. Ocean offers kayaking, surfing, sailing, sunbathing and any other ocean activity. This is one of two condos we rented in the same building for a family Thanksgiving week. Our group was all adults so we appreciated the lack of bunk beds so common in other condos. We enjoyed our stay which was the first at New Smyrna Beach for most of us. Everything went smoothly and the condo was as described and quite clean and comfy. This unit sometimes rents to people with dog and there were a couple of small pet stains.
This condo was excellent! The furnishings were awesome and the whole unit was tip top clean! The resort was above the norm and just a quick walk to the beautiful beach! Best vacation ever!!! I would definitely suggest you stay here!
We had a great time in NSB this past winter and are returning because the community rental cars at orlando airport and the resort were excellent.
