My husband and I stayed at the Seagull Villas 7. Was a really nice place. Two nice bedrooms florida rental cars upstairs with separate baths, 1/2 bath downstairs. The beachfront bedroom and living room both have a deck. The deck is fully covered so no sun hits it until around 2 in the afternoon. Fine if you don't care whether you get any sun or not. You literally go off your deck onto the beach. Another plus is it's pet friendly so we were able to bring our Shih Tzu. It's convenient for walking to many places. There were some things that needed repairing like the fluorescent florida rental cars shop light in the kitchen, it only worked florida rental cars intermittingly, plus the lintscreen in the clothes dryer was in bad shape, needed florida rental cars replacing, was full of holes and worn out, had lint all over some of our clothes. The light above the stairs blew out and could not be changed. Another disadvantage in the beachfront bedroom was there was no way to plug in the lamps without moving the big furniture. And there was no overhead light. And room darkening curtains would be a plus in that bedroom. Stated in the description it mentioned the usual toiletries being provided as in toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and soap. We knew better. The shampoo and bath soap were sample size. There were no paper towels and very little toilet paper. Most of that was left by other renters. There was no laundry detergent and very little dish detergent. So don't come without planning on buying all of those items. Other than that, the place was great, cable and internet were provided, but the internet is not secure. So use at discretion.
