First and foremost, a passion for wine that is supported by strong wine knowledge and prior experience serving and talking about wine in an upscale wine bar or restaurant. On top of that, candidates must have at least 2 years prior supervisory experience, solid organizational and communication skills, and a positive, "can do," collaborative attitude.
