It s important to note that resorts not owned by The Disney Company have a variety of fees associated with them.  These include; resort fees, parking fees at hotel, parking fees at theme parks, wi-fi, and additional costs for airport transportation.  Some resorts also charge for bus transportation to the theme parks.  Check with each individual resort for all potential fees in addition to the nightly rate.  Always check recent TripAdvisor reviews as well.
