Hands on a Hardbody is based on a 1997 documental film that was subsequently made into a musical by La Jolla Playhouse in 2012. Hands on a Hardbody is Set in Longview, Texas and and telling the real is a story of ten hard-luck Texans, for whom a new lease on life is so close they can touch it. Under a scorching inns for sale sun for days on end, armed with nothing but hope, humor and ambition, they'll fight to keep at least one of their hands on a brand new truck in order to win it.
