We had a great stay in November on our annual men's golf outing. Loved the deck and house location. Right on the Beach! The property is located in my favorite part of Beachside in New Smyrna. In addition it is very close to one of my favorite restaurants on the island being JB's Fish Camp.
The process of renting this house was easily accomplished because of a responsive owner. We had no problems finding the house, gaining access etc...The owners made the entire process smooth and painless. The house itself is very charming, clean, neat, well stocked, large and very close to the ocean. It was a family requirement to have breakfast on the deck, drink coffee, and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean every morning. There is plenty bedford hotel london of room for everyone, and our 8 lb. papillion quickly made the property her own. We enjoyed the beach house so much that we agreed as a family that we will come back next year!
The house was a great location, quiet part of the beach but not too far from the main town. Plenty of space for everyone, especially nice to have the downstairs and upstairs, worked great for our family.
