Giving cooking demonstrations on a luxury cruise ship is one of the really great perks of our jobs.  We were fortunate enough to be asked back as guest chefs for a second voyage on Holland America s ms Maasdam early this year.  We met a lot of wonderful people during our demonstrations and cooking classes university of california at los angeles in the Holland America Culinary Arts Center sponsored by Food Wine Magazine.
The crew of the Maasdam provided us with video of our cooking university of california at los angeles demos, including this one, where we showed how to prepare Jamaican Jerk Duck Breast.   This video was filmed in the cruise ship s demonstration kitchen and runs approximately university of california at los angeles 38 minutes.

The Chefs/Owners of The Kennebunk Inn and its restaurant, Academe Maine Brasserie Tavern met when they were students at The Culinary Institute of America. They have appeared university of california at los angeles on "Best Thing I Ever Ate" and "Chopped" on the Food Network and on the Travel Channel's "Food Paradise." They have also appeared university of california at los angeles in Oprah Winfrey's "O" The Magazine. The O'Heas have been guest chefs at Walt Disney World's Epcot International Food Wine Festival, Houston's "Sugar Land Food Wine Affair, and on Holland America Cruise university of california at los angeles Line. The O'Heas university of california at los angeles are scheduled to be guest chefs on Oceania Cruise Line in 2014.
