My husband and I came to the big island for a honeymoon vacation as a family marriott residence inn phoenix az and brought our son with us whose a year and a half and stayed at a few different resorts and condos...if this is that Mauna Lani resort we stayed at...we loved it...we went from having our own place and now living back with family so staying here was like having our own place...the condo was beautiful an it made us miss having our own house...but we got clean bag of towels brought to our door...we marriott residence inn phoenix az also had a washer and dryer right in the room...the view was a gold course but it was really relaxing and private...we loved how the co do was fully loaded already with pots,pans,forks,spoons,etc....our son fell in love with the bathroom...there was the stand up shower marriott residence inn phoenix az and like a jacuzzi bath tub....where the room was was perfect because having to go shopping to make meals for those couple days we stayed there it was so much easier because our parking was like right at the bottom of the steps outside our door so the parking was very convenient...we went and walked around the entire resort below the boathouse and over by the fishponds marriott residence inn phoenix az and over by the other big condo...well my family and I enjoyed ourselves and would like to say thank you very much for letting us stay at your place^^
We were impressed with the cleanliness and the pleasant decor of this condo. The kitchen was very well equipped and a joy to cook in. We were disappointed that the condo was SO far from the ocean with only a peak a boo view. For us, the bedroom and bath was too small. At Alii Villas, the condos are VERY close to one another. We could hear everything (conversations, coughing, a baby cry, a dog barking and other TY shows).
I am so sorry that the plants had overgrown to block the ocean view. We contacted the gardeners immediately to have them correct the situation. We do have one of the best floor plans for space and being located in Building C, we have the proximity to the ocean and are not near the Alii Drive noise. Our apologies that the noise from children and other guests could be heard from your lanai. Although it has not been our personal experience, we understand that guests might be sensitive to external noise.
We stayed 3 days in this condo and loved it. It was all very recently remodeled, the bathroom especially was beautiful. It's very close to the downtown section of Kona. The owner was very helpful in making the arrangements and suggesting things for my wife and I to do. The only negative is the view is very limited. But overall we loved it and would stay there again.
Shannon went above and beyond to make this our most relaxing vacation in 20 years. The pools are right next to the ocean ,with the sound of the Pacific rollers crashing against the Rocks. The complex staff are by far the most gracious we have ever met,making time to answer any questions. The only problem we found was that we couldnt stay longer. This apartment has everything you need in a very romantic ambiance. It gives you the Aloha spirit and it is a nice place to come to a rest. The location is great. I was definitely not disappointed when I walked in the door of my getaway marriott residence inn phoenix az week in your condo.Everything a person could want was provided for me and that made my stay very easy and convenient.My favorite thing was watching football on your big flat screen T.V. while lying in bed and being able to see the ocean and watch the sun setting.What more could a man ask for? Our stay at the condo was our second time round. As usual, it was a perfect place to stay and feel like you are on vacation and in a home like setting all in one. We had access to everything at the condo that we would at home and the luxury of the relaxing lanai, pool, and barbeque area. One of the more memorable moments was watching the sunset and watching the spinner dolphins swim by. This stay was extra special because my partner and I got engaged. It will be a trip that will remain in our hearts and memories for the rest of our lives. Thank you to Neil and Shannon for the personal touches in the place. We stayed at unit 301 at the Royal Sea Cliff in Kona. This unit was perfect for us. It is wonderfully quiet, has a super comfy king size bed, elegant upscale furniture, a lanai with a view of the ocean and is surrounded by a lush garden. The lovely, private lanai serves as a covered outdoor sitting and dining room. There is a small, deluxe well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is large, modern and comfortable with a washer and dryer. This condo has is it all. There is even snorkel gear, boogie boards, bath robes, up to date guide books of the island and more. The complex itself is lovely and is built around marriott residence inn phoenix az inner lush gardens with waterfalls. There are two pools and a hot tub right on the ocean. The only thing I would have liked is a barbeque at the unit itself (there are barbeques in the pool areas). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and are pleased to recommend it.
My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous Kona condo in July, 2009 for two weeks. We have been to Kona many times, and stayed in many hotels and different condos, but after staying here, we will never stay anywhere else again! Right from the first phone call, Shannon was fabulous to deal with. She recommended local attractions marriott residence inn phoenix az on the Big Island that we had never been to before. You can tell that Shannon has a passion for the Big Island. The location was fabulous- we just walked down Alii drive to the main stretch, and didn't even use our car half of the time. We would recommend exploring Waimea waipio valley, taking a helicopter ride, parasailing in Kona, biking down the volcano, and definitely spending some nights at Bongo Ben's (a restaurant on Alii drive). Thank you, a million times over again to Shannon and Neil for renting us your condo. We appreciated all of the time you put in to making this the best vacation we have ever had. We can tell you love your condo by all of the details you put into it. I highly recommend it.
The ocean front sea cliff, a place so fine that one could compose a final novel there. One where sea birds tell tales of the sleepy isle to the warm flower scented winds. The room is sublime, the fine granite flooring marriott residence inn phoenix az highlights the beauty of the many pieces of fine art. The facilities are very good, able to meet any need that approached me during my stay. The standout quality of the unit had to be the incredible ocean view from the comfortable lanai.
